Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on best practices. Partner with recruitment team to identify and attract top talent for open positions. Conduct new hire orientations and assist with reputed company process. Advise and coach managers on performance management and career development. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and reputed company recommendations for improvement. Act as a liaison between employees and management to address any concerns or issues. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Support diversity and inclusion initiatives reputed company the organization.
