Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is friendly, courteous, and efficient
- Registering sales on assigned cash sign-in, handling cash, and processing transactions accurately
- Engaging customers and patients by greeting them, offering help with services and products, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Fashioning and sharing customer service best practices with reputed company team members to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience
- Maintaining counters and shelves in a reputed company and organized manner, taking inventory, and ensuring that products are properly merchandised
- Implementing employer asset protection methods to prevent and minimize profit loss
- Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations concerning regulated products
- Constructing and maintaining presentations, including promotional, seasonal, and sale products
- Assisting with the separation of food products and product placement as per guidelines and strategies
- Providing customer support in the photo area, including digital passport image services, poster print, and creative device services
- Assisting with web pick-up responsibilities, including filling orders and providing orders to customers as they reputed company at the store
- Assisting with reputed company and indoor maintenance, ensuring a clean, reputed company, and orderly store environment
- Complying with reputed company company regulations and policies, maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers
- Completing special assignments and other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
* Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
Preferred Qualifications
* Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment

- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
