Job Summary
As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in enhancing the customer experience by providing timely, hands-on support to ensure our customers receive their programs on time, as promised. You'll be responsible for connecting customers with specialists who can provide them with accurate and up-to-date information about their applications. Key Responsibilities
* Handle difficult customer situations with reputed company, using phone and email to respond promptly and prioritize customer needs

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service
