Key Responsibilities As a Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for: * Maintaining a proper and professional stance in the designated area at the reputed company of the store * Acting as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss/dishonesty * Reviewing and understanding the Store Emergency Response Guide * Wearing a complete blithequark-approved uniform, including a Body Worn Camera * Greeting customers appropriately, demonstrating courtesy and respect * Establishing and maintaining a position at the reputed company of the store or in a department * Responding to customer requests for assistance by referring customers to store management or customer service reputed company a blithequark-issued radio * Observing and reporting any suspicious behavior or critical incidents to Loss Prevention or store management * Performing a closing safety sweep of the store with a member of management * Adhering to reputed company blithequark policies and procedures * Documenting required incidents in AIIM Case Management * Performing other duties as assigned Who We're Looking For We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with: * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Sound decision-making skills * Ability to take initiative and reputed company well independently * Prioritizes/organizes workload and manages time effectively * Ability to stand for long periods of time * 0-2 years retail or reputed company experience Benefits As a blithequark team member, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Associate discount * EAP * Smoking cessation * Bereavement * 401(k) Associate contributions * Child care & cell phone discounts * Pet & legal insurance * Credit union * Referral bonuses * 401(k) match * Medical/dental/vision * HSA * Health care FSA * Life insurance * Short/long term disability * Paid parental leave * Paid holidays/vacation/sick * Auto/home insurance discounts * Scholarship program * Adoption assistance Compensation This position has a starting pay range of $15.00 to $18.25 per hour.
