This role will primarily support the development and deployment of manufacturing processes reputed company to a high volume automation line. What You Will Do - Review technical drawings to reputed company work instructions for assembly operators - Generate Standard Work documents and process controls for individual assembly processes. - Drive root cause analysis of manufacturing defects. - Documentation of assembly non-conformances and deviations from standard processes. - reputed company Improvement initiatives to drive waste and cost our of our processes. - Coaches and reviews the work of reputed company level professionals.
Qualifications
You Must Have - Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a STEM degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree and 3 years experience.
Qualifications
We Prefer - Working knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes. - Knowledge of Six reputed company, Lean Manufacturing, or other reputed company improvement methodologies. - Experience or knowledge of Statistical Process Control, Gage R&Rs, Capability Studies, Design of Experiments (DOE) or other quantitative reputed company improvement tools. - Experience with Solidworks or other 3D Modeling software. - Experience with Python, VBA, or other programming languages. The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD.
