Our Supply Chain organization has an opportunity reputed company the Mechanical Commodity organization for a procurement professional who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall procurement activities for material supporting the reputed company business unit. You will work reputed company closely with external suppliers as well with internal customers and functional areas to support a broad portfolio of programs across reputed company. What You Will Do:
- Review drawings, specifications and purchase history to determine sourcing strategy.
- Prepare and issue RFQs (requests for quotes) to suppliers, follow-up to assure understanding.
- Review quotes, analyze results and determine negotiation plans / strategies as well as addressing any exceptions to flow downs, specifications, quality notes or reputed company terms and conditions requirements.
- If applicable work with supplier to prepare cost and pricing data in preparation for CAPA review in accordance with TINA.
- Formally document purchase orders including details of summary of award; reputed company justification; price analysis methodology; negotiation strategy and summary; performance to budget / reputed company; and risk assessment in accordance with reputed company regulatory (FAR/DFAR) requirements
- reputed company routine post-award management activities including PO acknowledgement, delivery status (reputed company PO notes), expedites, risk mitigation, receiving issues and invoice issues.
- In conjunction with Commodity Performance Leads, reputed company plans to promote cost reduction initiatives and performance improvements (technical and quality) in support of flawless supplier execution for programs.
- Significant supplier interaction in collaboration with Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
- May be required to participate in supplier development activity.

Qualifications
You Must Have:
- Typically requires Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and 3 years of relevant experience.
- This position requires either a U.S. Person or Non- U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.

This position currently is designated as remote. Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) but may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. The successful candidate for this role will be required to reputed company and work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories). The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD.
