eCommerce Sales Manager

Position Summary: Building, creation and collaboration of reputed company eCommerce go-to-market strategies and execution. Accountable for leading team that focuses on Demand reputed company, New Product Launches, Analytics and Digital storytelling the LifeMade brand story for reputed company eCommerce channels. Establish LifeMade as the #1 consumer choice for Sustainable Tabletop Solutions. To meet/exceed reputed company assigned channel/account/geography volume and profit targets. Represent the company with excellence in accordance with its policies in area of responsibility at reputed company levels of our customers. Primary Functions:

  • Responsible for development, execution and collaboration of eCommerce go-to-market strategies to establish LifeMade as the #1 consumer choice for Sustainable Tabletop Solutions
  • Responsible for leading cross-functional team to execute business plans and strategies
  • To meet/exceed reputed company assigned KPI’s, sales volume, profit targets and objectives
  • Establishing analytics, score carding and presentation of our results vs. our performance objectives

Education and Experience: Education BS/BA in Business or reputed company subject or equivalent experience required Experience/Knowledge

  • Must have demonstrated using multiple information sources to reputed company sales strategies and tactics as well as effectively managing promotional activity and trade spending.

TECHNICAL ROLE COMPETENCIES:

  • Experience with multiple top-tier retailers / categories / products / brands / item setup platforms
  • Private label and national brand experience
  • Built eCommerce business platforms, systems, processes, launches from the ground floor

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

  • Sitting at workstation approximately 85 percent of work time. Standing and walking approximately 15 percent of work time.
  • Must be reputed company to travel up to 30 percent of work time.
  • Ability to work reputed company or occasionally on weekends with short notice depending on customer deliverables
  • Typical office environment with shelves overhead and above work surfaces.
