Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Experience Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Answering incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner
* Assisting with product/service information, billing inquiries, account updates, and troubleshooting
* Resolving customer issues effectively while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

Working Hours
