Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Associate to join reputed company on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension. As a full-time member of reputed company, you will work 40 hours per week, with a reputed company reputed company of €15.50 per hour. You will also be eligible for a relocation allowance of up to €800 if you are moving from overseas, as well as a salary increase after six months of tenure.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate with arenaflex, your primary goal will be to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer requests reputed company phone, chat, and/or email, addressing a range of topics from order and product questions to payment matters and website guidance
- Using a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicating effectively with customers
- Working variable hours to match customer demand, including late evening and day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Being available to work on national holidays and Sundays, with compensation provided accordingly
- Participating in initial four weeks of full-time training, which will be paid
Basic Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following basic qualifications:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the right to work in the Netherlands
- Possess strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral reputed company) and basic communication skills in English
- Have experience working with a computer
- Be available to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday reputed company the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
- Be willing and able to work in rotating shifts (i.e., early, late, weekend, and compensated overtime as required)
- Have a quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
- Have a minimum 50 Mbps broadband reputed company speed using a hard-reputed company Ethernet internet reputed company (no WiFi)
