With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider sectors, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This technique involves designing and programming customer experience surveys, comprising 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform and reputed company this methodology, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the improvement and preservation of the new Voice of the Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the Survey and Dashboard Platform hosted through reputed company, our survey seller.
