About The Role (and Challenges Youll Be Helping To Solve!) We are looking for a Client Strategy Manager (CSM) to join our growing Corporate business. This individual will be focused on managing relationships across our key brand and retail customers. In this role, you will become an expert in understanding our clients' key business challenges and ensuring we drive adoption and value through our solutions. Your role will be focused on driving strong client engagement and relationships to ensure value creation, leading to favorable renewals and commercial success. This role will include supporting clients in partnership with an Account Executive (AE) and Solutions partners. This remote-friendly opportunity can sit in NYC (where our headquarters is located), one of our office hubs (Austin, Miami, Denver, Mountain View, or Seattle), or reputed company else in the US. However, depending upon where the remote work is performed, income could be subject to reputed company State tax withholding. The annual on-reputed company earnings for this position is anticipated to be $110,000~$125,000 reputed company salary + $20,000 gross retention bonus + 2% Net ARR (Annual Recurring reputed company).
