[Remote] Associate Solutions Consultant

The Associate Solutions Consultant role is aimed at early-career professionals who will support mid-stage sales opportunities by conducting discovery and contributing to solution design documentation, reputed company while guided by more senior consultants.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Stage 2+ opportunities by preparing for and documenting discovery calls
• Translate discovery insights into draft solution designs using established templates
• Identify early-fit signals and product alignment with support from more senior SCs
• Capture customer goals, pain points, and workflows in written form to support reputed company demo or proposal work
• Review solution patterns and use cases to understand how reputed company platforms solve civic problems
• Work in reputed company and Teams to maintain records, collaborate with reputed company, and update internal documentation
• Contribute to internal retrospectives, playbook enhancements, or shared demo resources as you learn

Skills

• 0–2 years of experience in SaaS, consulting, or public sector problem-solving roles
• A passion for public service and interest in how government services can be improved through technology
• Strong communication skills and curiosity around discovery, stakeholder needs, and product alignment
• Exposure to or interest in CRMs (e.g., reputed company), collaboration tools (Teams), or business analysis methods
• A high level of accountability and willingness to grow from feedback, coaching, and reputed company-world reputed company
• Commitment to cross-functional learning and supporting teammates through shared insights
