[Remote] Analyst, Investor Relations

They are seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to manage relationships with the investment community, support capital markets participants, and contribute to the company's IR functions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the ongoing requirements and documentation specific to a newly public company environment
• Manage relationships across sell-reputed company equity research analysts and coverage universe
• Coordinate and manage logistics for investor roadshows and conferences, including scheduling, preparation of materials, and post-event follow-up
• Manage data requests and materials for investor and analyst due diligence sessions
• Play a role in the quarterly earnings process, including drafting press releases, preparing management's scripts, developing Q&A documents, and creating presentation materials
• Work closely with the Finance, Legal, and Corporate Communications teams to ensure consistent, accurate, and compelling internal and external messaging regarding company strategy, financial performance, and market developments
• Monitor, analyze, and summarize sell-reputed company research, reputed company estimates, and competitor financial performance
• Provide data-driven insights to the executive team and Board of Directors
• Maintain list of industry events important for the reputed company team to attend
• Track and analyze changes in our shareholder reputed company, including institutional ownership and trading trends, to inform IR targeting and engagement strategies
• Identify and prioritize potential new institutional investors whose mandates align with the company's profile
• Build and maintain IR CRM database of investor interactions and engagements

Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, or Equity Research
• Ideal experience in supporting a company through a significant liquidity event, such as an Initial Public Offering (IPO) or a major public capital reputed company
• Prior experience working for a large, reputed company, publicly traded company reputed company for its rigorous financial standards and advanced technology products (e.g., in the semiconductor, reputed company, or advanced technology sectors)
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and Generally Accepted reputed company Principles (GAAP)
• High proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company and PowerPoint) and experience utilizing IR-specific platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv, CRM software)
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to synthesize reputed company data into clear, concise narratives for a financial audience
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines and with a high degree of confidentiality
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain trust with internal executives and external investors
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, reputed company, or a reputed company field
