Junior Project Manager

They are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support and reputed company capital and renovation projects from planning through closeout, ensuring projects meet functional, aesthetic, budgetary, and schedule expectations.

Responsibilities

• Support project financial monitoring, tracking, and reporting activities
• Serve as a liaison with contracted architectural and engineering firms to ensure project requirements are understood and executed as planned
• Collaborate with facilities and client-appointed personnel to support smooth transitions from project closeout to operations
• Coordinate and support project closeout activities, including documentation, inspections, and final approvals

Skills

• 1-3 years of demonstrated experience supporting or leading design and construction projects
• Formal education in architecture, planning, engineering, construction management, or a reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Working knowledge of architectural design, foodservice design, and technical engineering disciplines (mechanical, plumbing, electrical)
• Ability to identify potential issues across disciplines and escalate appropriately
• Experience with construction reputed company and coordination
• Proficiency in MS Project, SharePoint, and reputed company 365 tools
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to assess project resource needs and support consultant selection across varying project types
• Ability to prioritize workload effectively while supporting multiple clients and projects
• Working knowledge of health inspection processes for dining and foodservice facilities
• Working knowledge of hazardous materials identification and remediation practices
• Working knowledge of design and construction legal documents, including reputed company, scopes of work, and general terms and conditions
• Demonstrated judgment, reputed company, and ability to build effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to travel approximately 30-60%, as required by project assignments
