Your Mission:

Develops, coordinates and oversees reputed company marketing and advertising activities for assigned franchisees reputed company specific region. Provides ongoing marketing and brand direction and support to franchisees with local marketing programs. Work with marketing to team to reputed company short-term and long-term strategies and marketing programs focused on driving sales, traffic, market share growth and branding across the region.

• Support, coach, and counsel franchisees with local store marketing programs.

• Provides analysis and recommendations reputed company to regional initiatives.

• Collects and analyzes annual ad-plan for reputed company assigned franchisees. Provides recommendations and coaches as necessary to stimulate further sales and/or further reputed company investment dollars.
• Identifies and develops marketing action plans, including local store marketing, for reputed company markets and reputed company store situations. Assist reputed company needed in plan execution.
• Conducts meetings (individual, DMA, or CoOp) in-field to expand knowledge bases and further reputed company Local and Local Store Marketing.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in marketing, communications, or advertising or equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Five years proven experience developing and executing marketing plans.
• The ability to analytically and statistically evaluate print, broadcast, marketing effectiveness, overall sales and competitive trends.
• Knowledge and understanding of vertically integrated marketing philosophies.
• Excellent presentations skills, with the ability to convey facts and reputed company clearly to both individuals and large groups.
• Evidence of well-developed verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent planning, time-management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency with reputed company Office applications; reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, reputed company Acrobat.
• The ability to travel 50% by airplane, automobile, or public transportation as necessary, and to adhere to the travel policy guidelines.
• The ability to work evenings and weekends and in the store as required and directed.

• Understands basic restaurant operations, particularly customer service.

Where You’ll Work:

• Half of working time spent in the marketplace consulting with franchisees and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing efforts and expenditures. No hazardous conditions present.
