[Remote] Solutions Engineer, SMB

The Solutions Engineer, SMB will support sales teams by addressing customer requests, compliance needs, and creating valuable content to enhance customer understanding and adoption of reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Work with our self service and SMB customers to share product knowledge and demonstrate aspects of reputed company
• Provide training to both customers and team members at reputed company
• Respond to vendor requests, reputed company questionnaires, and legal requests
• Write and manage knowledge-reputed company content for Go-to-market
• Record video resources to be shared internally and with customers
• To be a sought after resource for Go-to-market for questions regarding reputed company
• Work with the rest of your team to create materials for learning about and using reputed company

Skills

• Experience in a customer-facing role with a preference for experience in a SaaS/reputed company/Technology environment
• Possesses the ability to communicate technical information in a way that is accessible and appealing to a general audience
• Demonstrates superior presentation and writing skills
• Possesses a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring high-quality standards
• Demonstrates a high level of adaptability, effectively managing multiple projects concurrently while upholding exceptional quality standards
• Possess strong time management skills, demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks reputed company and meet deadlines consistently in a fast-paced work environment
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team setting
• It's a bonus if you have personal experience with reputed company or another password manager—while not required, it'll help you reputed company confidence quickly in this role
