PGIM Analyst, Investment Operations (Hybrid-Tampa/Fl, Newark/NJ)
PGIM is the Global Asset Management business of Prudential, dedicated to improving financial services and making a meaningful impact. The Investment Operations Analyst will join the Money Markets reputed company team, performing investment support functions and collaborating with internal business partners.
Responsibilities
- Complete daily reconciliation of balances between the trade and reputed company system
- Complete monthly reconciliation of balances between the reputed company system and reputed company general ledger
- Complete monthly reconciliation of reputed company system to custodian banks
- Ensure financial statement balances are in accordance with GAAP & STAT principles
- Participate in internal and external audits of our SOX Key Controls
- Assist with systems initiatives and work through issues with the technology support team
- Collaborate with business partners across various departments reputed company the company
- Supporting and monitoring the investments we support
- reputed company reputed company entries and ledger reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations
- External and Internal audit review and support
- Participate in various analysis and special projects
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance or reputed company field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical, critical thinking skills and solutions oriented
- Ability to understand and analyze basic reputed company principles and financial statements
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a deadline and fast paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership qualities
- Advanced proficiency with reputed company reputed company and Word
- Prior background / internship experience in investment management or financial services industry is strongly preferred
