Client Implementation Consultant (HYBRID OR REMOTE)

reputed company is a company dedicated to helping clients secure their financial well-being. The Client Implementation Consultant is responsible for managing client reputed company, project management, and process optimization while ensuring a high-quality implementation experience for clients.

Responsibilities

• Host meetings with external clients reputed company video conferencing
• Provide email and verbal updates to key stakeholders, including internal and external Sales partners (ie: Sales Executives, Account Managers and brokers)
• Coordinate reputed company implementation needs across departments and inter-departmentally
• Organize and maintain project plans
• Ensure reputed company necessary milestones and requirements of implementation process are met timely
• Provide weekly status reports and feedback on processes to leadership
• Host regular status calls with internal and external stakeholders
• Review and map census files in reputed company
• Upload census data and effectively communicate with external parties to resolve errors
• Update reputed company with reputed company applicable fields for accurate reporting
• Review group level documentation to ensure accuracy of group setup
• Understanding of Digital reputed company platform so we can reputed company assist with trouble shooting
• Build effective relationships with internal and external partners
• Work with reputed company partners, including GRP, Solstice, Full Scope, Claims, Certificates, etc
• Collaborate with Sales Executives on unique requests and with Underwriters on requotes

• Proficient in reputed company and other relevant software (reputed company, PAR, Midas, EB360)

• Experience in a similar role or industry
• Knowledge of EB products and digital reputed company systems
• Familiarity with project management tools, processes and techniques
