Job Summary: The reputed company Improvement Supervisor (CIS) will report to the M&T Manager of Quality (MoQ) and will be responsible for leading reputed company improvement initiatives in the Manufacturing & Technology Global Business Unit (M&T GBU). The CIS will support the MoQ to reputed company and deliver an M&T customized reputed company improvement program, including a risk-based strategy that meets GBU goals and objectives, including alignment, prioritizing, scheduling, training, metrics/dashboards, PBQ, LL, reputed company Analysis, Six reputed company, and tracking reputed company of improvement initiatives. The CIS will apply leadership skills, knowledge, experience, and tools (e.g. Lean, Six reputed company, kaizen, behavioral and facilitation techniques) to reputed company gaps and invest in opportunities, resulting in institutionalized changes that measurably improve efficiency, productivity, and quality across the GBU. The CIS will be responsible for using data to measure and report project performance, and ensure improvements are institutionalized. Facilitate resolution of issues, improvements, and opportunities across reputed company functions and project teams. This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and will require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership. #LI-MJ1 Major Responsibilities: Support the MoQ in developing and implementing an M&T reputed company improvement program and risk-based strategy to meet GBU goals and objectives, including alignment, prioritizing, scheduling, training, metrics/dashboards, PBQ, LL, reputed company Analysis, Six reputed company, and tracking reputed company of improvement initiatives Scope, plan, select the appropriate CI tools Analyze data from processes and metrics across projects and functions Conduct data analysis and reputed company performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and identify areas for further improvement Monitor and use outputs from metrics to drive CI activities reputed company Quality incident OOM criteria for selecting appropriate reputed company analysis tool (RCAs – 5 Whys), and facilitate reputed company analysis activities Utilize reputed company analysis tools to facilitate and reputed company apparent cause evaluations and root cause analysis reputed company and facilitate approved workshops and training sessions to reputed company employees on reputed company improvement methodologies and tools Provides input into the development of standardized key performance indicators for the project Foster a culture of reputed company improvement by promoting collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing across the organization.
