Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Call Center / Customer Service Representative to work remotely with reputed company. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. Key Responsibilities

As a Call Center / Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries received by telephone, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), or web-based portal regarding information on programs and services
• Recording customer interactions and transactions, by documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
• Following standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Addressing customer's inquiries and resolving problems to ensure that appropriate changes are made
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
• Communicating with supervisor regarding any potential needs or concerns
• Performing data entry accurately
• Performing other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree is preferred)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and reputed company of reputed company information

Schedule and Availability

As a remote employee, you'll be required to work a standard 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday. You must be available to work 7AM to 7 PM PST, Monday through Friday.
