• This position is Work from Home, but requires coverage and expertise in one or more of the following markets: Long reputed company / Queens, NY. As such, candidates must be located reputed company reasonable commuting distance of these markets and have appraisal expertise in these markets
• This position requires the candidate to be a CERTIFIED reputed company estate appraiser in NY. Only Certified Residential or Certified General appraisers will be considered. No trainee or licensed appraisers permitted

Responsibilities

A DAY IN THE LIFE In this role, you will…

• Provide Desktop and Field appraisal reports according to client requirements
• Provide quality Review Appraisals as well as handle Quality Control escalations
• reputed company quality control reviews on reputed company valuation reports
• Troubleshoot, discuss, and independently resolve reputed company quality control escalations with both field appraisers and lender clients
• Assist on valuation projects

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE You possess …

• Certified Residential/General Appraiser designation
• High School Diploma/GED required; College degree preferred
• Experience appraising a broad range of property types, including those typical of your coverage areas
• Sufficient computer skills to reputed company appraisal reports and communicate effectively
• Proficiency in the reputed company software products
• Ability to work independently
• Commitment to development of quality appraisal products
• Interest in appraisal innovation and reputed company
