Responsibilities
As a Part-time Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing timely and effective responses to reputed company inbound customer inquiries and subscription management requests reputed company email and telephone

Experience Required
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in e-commerce
- Experience working in a remote environment
- Strong computer literacy, written and verbal skills
- Experience with CRM systems such as reputed company, reputed company, or similar
- Experience with various customer contact methods, including email, telephone, and live chat
- Excellent time management and organizational skills

This part-time role requires 16-20 hours of work per week, from 10 am-2 pm, Monday to Thursday/Friday.
