Our client, a leading property management company, is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their remote team. As a key member of their customer service department, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals in the property management field. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries reputed company email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolving customer issues reputed company to orders, products, payments, and shipping using Shopify and reputed company.
- Processing returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.
- Assisting customers with product recommendations and providing detailed information about our electrolyte products.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as fulfillment and marketing, to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality.
- Identifying and escalating reputed company issues to the appropriate team members.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar customer-facing role in an e-commerce environment.
- Experience with Shopify, reputed company, and/or similar customer service tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Empathetic, patient, and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge or interest in the electrolyte/hydration/health and wellness industry is a plus.
