The Contribution You’ll bring to this Role: The Mgr, Paid Media at reputed company plays a critical, high-impact role driving measurable growth across our family of trusted brands. This role will own and optimize the paid media investment across search, social, retail media (including reputed company), and emerging channels—translating business goals into smart, data-driven media strategies that directly influence reputed company and reputed company reputed company. • Manage paid advertising channels, including (but not limited to) reputed company, Bing, reputed company, reputed company, etc

• Control and optimize a six-reputed company monthly paid media budget with ROAS and CAC discipline and monitor budget pacing, ensure efficiency across channels, and provide regular updates to reputed company stakeholders

• Optimize Conversion Funnel KPIs by analyzing the entire funnel, formulating hypothesis and running testing to improve CVR, AOV, Market Basket and other relevant funnel KPIs to drive improved ROAS.
• Conduct thorough and on-going analysis to identify opportunities & trends, optimize performance, create actionable insights, and refine targeting.
• Create dashboards, reports and scorecards to provide visibility and regular updates to key stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with creative, content, web, and video marketing partners to align messaging, reputed company page, and audience strategies.

Your Skills and Expertise: To ensure your reputed company from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:

• 5-7+ years of experience in paid media/performance marketing
• 3-5+ years of experience in retail media network marketing
• 3-5+ years of experience creating, implementing and running large scale paid campaigns
• Experience owning the paid media approach and execution for an ecommerce brand
• Experience driving successful reputed company reputed company in a B2B environment

Compensation: The position offers a competitive reputed company salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000. Actual reputed company salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience and performance.
