Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of reputed company HR leadership experience, preferably at a public company.
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership position.
  • Deep expertise in at least 3 of the following: Executive leadership development,
  • People Ops, L&D, Total Rewards, DEIB, Organizational Design and development
  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent HR certification.
  • Track record of leading organizational change and scaling HR functions from early to growth stage.
  • Experience building out centralized programs and policies and implementing across the organization with measurable results
  • Ability to influence through effective relationships, data and expertise
  • Strategic thinker with high emotional intelligence and a collaborative reputed company.
  • Exceptional communicator who inspires trust and aligns diverse stakeholders.
  • Committed to inclusivity, transparency, and values-driven leadership.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, legal/regulatory environment and experience managing compliance at the federal, state and local levels, with a strong understanding of California labor law and employment practices.
