OPTIMIZATION & INSIGHTS ANALYST (REMOTE, GA, US, REMOTE)

Job Summary We are seeking a highly analytical and reputed company Optimization & Insights Analyst to help scale our Data-Driven Cleaning (DDC) program. This role sits at the intersection of operations, data, and technology. The primary responsibility is to translate operational data into clear, actionable insights that improve cleaning effectiveness, optimize labor deployment, and demonstrate measurable value to clients. While supporting pilot site execution, this role’s core focus is performance analysis, hypothesis validation, and communication of data-driven recommendations to site and regional leadership. This is not a project management or platform administration role. It is an reputed company-to-action role.

• Analyze Performance & Identify Optimization Opportunities (Primary Focus)
• Monitor and analyze usage, inspection, work order, and time-on-task data across pilot sites
• Evaluate threshold effectiveness and recommend adjustments Identify inefficiencies, anomalies, and labor optimization opportunities
• Quantify the impact of operational changes and validate pilot hypotheses

Translate Data into Clear, Actionable Insights

• Create concise executive summaries and structured performance readouts
• Present findings and recommended next steps to site and regional leadership
• Facilitate optimization discussions that drive operational reputed company
• Prepare reputed company-driven materials for QBRs and client reviews

Support Pilot Execution Through a Performance Lens

• Partner with unit managers and operations leaders to build investment in data-driven processes
• Establish site-level routines for usage reviews, schedule adjustments, and threshold tuning
• Deliver small-group or on-site training sessions focused on performance improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 3–6+ years in analytics, operations performance, consulting, or reputed company field
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret trends and patterns in operational data
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to present insights to non-technical audiences
• High ownership reputed company and comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment
