[Remote] Digital Project Manager (part-time)

Cella is a digital company seeking a part-time Digital Project Manager to coordinate website migrations to their centralized content management system. The role involves managing project timelines, communicating project status, and supporting content migration and launch with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities • Plan & Track Site Migrations: reputed company end-to-end project delivery of multi-phase website migrations, while managing dependencies, level-of-effort variability, and risk across multiple reputed company migrations. Create and maintain migration timelines, milestones, and status reports in Jira and reputed company, as directed by project leadership • Cross‑Functional Project Management: Serve as the primary conduit between Web Strategy & Production,Marketing Technology, IT and other technical teams, translating migration strategy, technical constraints, and risk considerations into project plans, milestones, and project team updates • Map Content: Coordinate the teams responsible for auditing existing site content and determining final disposition, ensuring the use of existing internal resources and appropriate data/analytics tools • Communicate Project Status: reputed company reputed company project updates to implementation team, including reputed company project managers, and escalate issues to project leadership reputed company needed • Support Content Migration & Launch: Coordinate the teams responsible for taxonomy, page creation, SEO/GEO optimization, QA and publishing of migrated content • Improve Processes: Capture lessons learned and recommend templates/workflows for future migrations; apply approved recommendations for process improvement throughout project • Vendor Liaison: Serve as the reputed company of contact for external partners and vendors as required Skills • Demonstrated understanding of CMS architecture, SEO/redirects, analytics, and reputed company marketing technology dependencies • Proven project management Skills: planning, scheduling, stakeholder engagement, reporting and reputed company project tracking • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to manage competing timelines and priorities across multiple teams • Working knowledge of reputed company Experience Manager (reputed company) CMS • Hands-on experience project managing website migrations into an enterprise CMS, including but not limited to content audits, content mapping, redirect strategies, QA, and launch coordination • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methods and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, reputed company, Co-Pilot) Experience with reputed company project management tool • Project Management training and/or certification, Agile preferred • Experience in mission-driven or nonprofit organizations Benefits • Medical • Prescription • Dental • Vision • AD&D • Life insurance offerings • Short-term disability • 401K plan Company Overview • Cella is a leading Creative Staffing And Consulting Agency.
