Your Day at arenaflex

As a Customer Service Associate in our Tool Rental department, you will be responsible for:

• Welcoming Customers: Greet customers and provide a warm and welcoming experience.
• Product Knowledge: Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise, including tool rentals.
• Merchandise Management: Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Order Processing: Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time.
• Cross-Functional Training: Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
• Merchandise Preparation: Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs.
• Guiding Customers: Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Additional Duties: Complete other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome customers to arenaflex, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.

• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time.
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs.

Minimum Qualifications

* 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.

• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).

Preferred Qualifications

Travel Requirements

This role does not require regular travel; however, this role may need to travel occasionally to meetings, training, or to support neighboring stores.

Working Conditions
