As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:- Handling high volumes of calls with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer issues, including customer questions, complaints, and inquiries.
- Logging reputed company calls in our call log database and reviewing call log activity on a daily basis.
- Offering alternative solutions where appropriate to retain customer satisfaction.
- Handling business transactions in reputed company with the activation of new customer accounts on a computer terminal.
- Communicating with customers using web-based tools and demonstrating proficiency in typing and grammar.
