About the Role
We are seeking an reputed company Senior Director of Customer Sales to join reputed company in the South Region. As a key leader reputed company arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team to deliver business results across assigned territory. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in driving growth, developing strategic relationships, and achieving aggressive business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company annual planning processes and negotiate annual agreements to ensure alignment and execution to reputed company business targets.
- Manage Publix and SEG customers, as well as two direct reports overseeing additional key customers like HEB and Military Channel customers.
- reputed company and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and reputed company company objectives.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to direct reports to ensure their reputed company and growth reputed company the company.
- Travel extensively (30% if based in FL area; 50% reputed company of territory) to visit customers, attend industry events, and participate in business development activities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience required.
- 8 years direct sales experience in the CPG industry, with a track record of successfully selling into multiple national and regional channel customers.
- Located in Southeast or Texas preferred.
- Recent Publix and SEG experience preferred.
- DSD beverage background preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Self-motivated and highly organized with a strong desire to produce results with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to quickly assess the needs of the business, reputed company an action plan, and manage the required change.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to intermingle with a wide variety of business professionals.
- Passion for building brands, new products, and long-term growth.
