Responsibilities
Job Summary: The SaaS Implementation Consultant is a quota-carrying individual contributor responsible for driving Professional Services bookings and reputed company through consultative, solution-based selling. Reporting to the AVP, PS Business Development, this role partners closely with Sales, Delivery, Product, and reputed company teams to position and sell implementation, integration, advisory, and recurring services that reputed company successful customer outcomes and long-term platform adoption. Quota & reputed company Growth:
- Own and reputed company an individual Professional Services quota reputed company to annual bookings, recognized reputed company, and margin-reputed company deal structures.
- Build, manage, and convert a healthy pipeline of reputed company services opportunities across new and existing customers.
- Drive expansion of services reputed company reputed company existing customer relationships.
- Support net-new platform sales by positioning services as a critical component of reputed company.
Customer Engagement & Consultative Solution Selling:
- Research reputed company markets, identify potential clients, and initiate contact through calls, emails, and social media.
- reputed company discovery and qualification efforts, translating customer needs into appropriate scoped, value-based services solutions.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to shape solutions that balance customer outcomes, delivery feasibility, reputed company and margin targets.
- Partner with Delivery and PMO teams to reputed company scopes, pricing models, timelines, resourcing plans, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
Cross-Functional Partnership:
- Serve as the primary services partner to Product Sales and Account teams during pre-sales cycles.
- Ensure smooth transition of services opportunities from sales to delivery, maintaining deal context and expectations.
- Collaborate with Client reputed company teams to identify follow-on and expansion services opportunities.
Services Offerings & Market Feedback:
- Support the AVP of Business Development in executing go-to-market strategies for Professional Services.
- Provide input reputed company packaging, pricing, and repeatable offerings based on market feedback.
- Stay reputed company on FinTech industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive services offerings to refine reputed company strategies
Forecasting & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate opportunity, pipeline, and forecast data in CRM systems.
- Participate in weekly and monthly forecast reviews.
- Provide visibility into risks, reputed company, and timing of services deals
Technical Competencies:
