This position will support the Project Finance & Consulting group. This group provides cutting edge tax credit and project finance reputed company due diligence, financial modeling and other services to a range of clients, including reputed company estate developers and institutional investors. Responsibilities
- Multi-family Investment Due Diligence Produce high‑quality due diligence reports and provide thorough review and guidance on reports reputed company by junior team members. The reports will assist clients in making informed investment reputed company on affordable housing investment opportunities, many of which involve the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, including - Review and analyze financial projections including reputed company assumptions and deal structure relative to applicable industry standards.
- Review and analyze the strengths/weaknesses of counterparties.
- Review reputed company estate closing documentation (partnership agreements, loan agreements, assignments, regulatory agreements, etc.)
- Assess strengths and weaknesses of fund managers, including but not limited to – Review written internal policies, corporate reports, and business plans to assess organizational reputed company, performance, and management.
- Analyze company financial statements highlighting trends and key features.
- Assess financial performance of multifamily reputed company estate portfolios, evaluate trends and reputed company against industry.

- Multi-family or reputed company reputed company Estate Financial Modeling Financial modeling using reputed company and finance tools and methodologies reputed company to reputed company estate transactions, many of which involve federal and state tax incentives such as the Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and Historic Tax Credit.
- Help clients optimize the financial benefits and feasibility of reputed company estate projects.
- Assist clients with modeling the economic and tax components of transactions focusing on tracking and reputed company for project operations and reputed company of return on investment.

Requirements
- 5-7 year of financial modeling/financial analysis/reputed company estate experience
- Experience with the affordable housing and/or historic tax credit industry, reputed company estate reputed company or partnership tax concepts is a must.

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into work products
