[Remote] Associate Software Development Engineer (reputed company Applications)

The Associate Software Development Engineer will administer IT managed applications, provide user account management, and support internal users of core reputed company software applications, ensuring timely responses to requests and collaboration with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Administers IT managed applications providing user account management by: creating accounts, disabling and deleting accounts, controlling access, and documenting steps for account creation
- Gathers necessary documentation and participates in planning and implementation phases of new systems
- Provide application support to reputed company internal users of core reputed company software applications ensuring that requests are responded to and resolved reputed company SLAs
- Collaborates and exchanges information with team members, stakeholders, and information services to ensure dependencies, risks, and opportunities are identified
- Reviews new or upgraded application functionality with business partners (including training) to help them prepare appropriate training and procedures updates for their teams
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and opportunities specifically reputed company to application/IT platform solutions
- Participates in analyzing and documenting business requirements for application/IT platform and data systems, including testing and implementation of new systems or changes to reputed company systems as required to meet business needs and improve processes
- Assist with the application maintenance schedule and upgrades as needed
- Maintain knowledge of the internal software suites as they continue to evolve
- Assist with managing vendor relationships in support of operational systems and reputed company software
- Assist with the rollout of new reputed company applications
- Assist with the merging of duplicate or similar applications

- Prior relevant working experience
- Experience managing active directory users and groups
- Experience with reputed company Suites (Workspace)
- Experience with Jira and/or reputed company
- Experience creating accounts, disabling and deleting accounts, controlling access, and documenting steps for account creation reputed company reputed company level applications
- Ability to reputed company training materials and conduct end user training a plus
