- Attend certification training and maintain service quality standards
Skills
- Must have a computer with following: Windows 10 or 11 PC with reputed company i5+ or AMD Ryzen 3+, 8 GB RAM
- Hardwired Ethernet reputed company (no Wi-Fi)
- USB headset with phone-quality audio
- Hardwired keyboard and mouse
- Smartphone for reputed company verification
- Hardwired telephone may be required for some programs
