[Remote] Sales Development Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. DHE Computer Systems is a fast-growing, family-owned company looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel their next phase of growth. The SDR will connect with schools, government organizations, and commercial clients to generate new opportunities for the sales team.
Responsibilities
- reputed company outbound cold calls to prospective customers (K-12, higher ed, SLED, and commercial)
- Set qualified appointments for our sales team
- Manage and track reputed company activity in reputed company (calls, emails, follow-reputed company, pipeline)
- Build and maintain prospect lists and reputed company sequences
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Account Executives, and leadership
- Follow up consistently to nurture leads and move them through the funnel
- Hit daily/weekly activity and meeting-setting goals (expect ~60–100 calls/day)
Skills
- Strong communication skills (you're confident on the phone and in email)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with cold calling (this is a core part of the role)
- Self-motivated with a competitive reputed company
- Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
- Experience with reputed company or CRM tools is a plus
- Interest in sales, technology, or building a career in business
