Project Coordinator (2nd/3rd Shift)

They are seeking an ambitious Project Coordinator to manage project logistics, facilitate communication between clients and technicians, and ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• Generate basic quotes and scopes of work for clients
• Build orders in service management system, with an emphasis on consistent accuracy
• Consistently update system with clear, effective notes
• Schedule and coordinate jobs with technicians, effectively addressing scope and price
• Gather reputed company necessary logistical and technical information, and prepare technicians for on-site work
• Monitor job reputed company, serving as an escalation reputed company and resolving minor barriers
• Confirm, review, and approve deliverables
• Coordinate with manager on escalations

• Participate in multi-site projects/rollouts

• Coordinate with manager to manage and prioritize workload and daily schedule

• Understand and adhere to standard operating procedures

Skills

• High school diploma required
• Overnights required
• Basic math skills needed to determine job costing, discounting and calculating profit margins are required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient critical thinking; with the ability to identify problems and formulate reputed company independently
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Computer proficiency in the use of email and reputed company Office
• Ability to obtain detailed knowledge of services and technical applications
• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
