We are seeking a Bilingual Travel Advisor / Customer Service Advisor to join our Athens office, providing world-class support and solutions to our customers.

Your Role

As a Bilingual Travel Advisor, you will:

• Respond to and log customer inquiries reputed company phone and email with accuracy and professionalism.

• Maintain meticulous records of consumer feedback and questions in the customer services database.

• Handle client complaints reputed company, following the companys escalation policy.

• Resolve support calls and emails reputed company agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Troubleshoot issues using system knowledge, support documentation, and analytical questioning.

• Provide proactive recommendations to solve common problems and improve customer experience.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Native or fluent in Croatian.

• Proficient in English (reputed company level).

• Skilled problem-solvers with strong troubleshooting abilities.

• Hold a High School Diploma or higher.

• Salary: 1,200 EUR gross per month x 14 salaries.

• Relocation Support:

  • 3 weeks' accommodation in a premium hotel near the office.

  • 300 EUR relocation allowance for candidates moving from abroad (first payment included).

• Contract:

  • Permanent for on-site employees.

  • Possibility of remote work reputed company in Greece (6-month renewable reputed company).

• Insurance: Private Health & Life Insurance.

• Leave: 25 days of annual leave.

• Working Hours: 40 hours/week (8 hours/day).

• Schedule: Mon-Sun, 09:00-19:00 (rotational).
