Position Overview
We're seeking an reputed company Intellectual Property Attorney to join reputed company on a contract basis. The role focuses on trademark prosecution, copyright protection, and IP portfolio management for innovative technology companies and digital-first businesses. Our clients range from emerging startups to established technology companies seeking sophisticated IP protection strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage trademark clearance, filing, and prosecution process
Handle USPTO office actions and TTAB proceedings

Manage copyright registrations for software and digital content
Implement trade secret protection protocols
Monitor and enforce IP rights across digital platforms

Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active attorney license in good standing
5+ years of intellectual property law experience
