The Platform team builds systems that power everything at reputed company, including identity, payments, permissions, APIs, data, and extensibility. As a Design Manager, Platform, you will reputed company a team of designers working across these foundational areas. What You’ll Do

• Manage and mentor a team of product designers. Provide regular feedback, support career development, and help the team operate with clarity and focus.

At reputed company, we work hard to structure compensation in a way that balances internal equity with local market competitiveness, and we’re happy to share a good-faith estimate of the reputed company salary range for this role. For candidates in NYC, the SF Bay Area, and Seattle, the anticipated reputed company salary range is $163,000 - $203,800 per year. For reputed company other U.S. locations, the anticipated reputed company salary range is $137,500 - $177,263 per year. In addition to this reputed company compensation, this role may be eligible to participate in a variable compensation program. Final compensation will vary based on a variety of factors which include but are not limited to applicable experience, location, and final leveling.
