How you will reputed company a difference
We’re looking for a commercially strong, growth-minded Customer Account Manager (CAM) to join our Mid-Market NOAM team. In this role, you will own a portfolio of accounts in the $20K–$200K reputed company range and be accountable for driving renewals, expansion, rightsizing, and vendor consolidation. You’ll translate reputed company’s AI-powered, cross-channel capabilities into measurable customer value, ensuring every account is maximizing its investment in the platform.
Success in this role requires a disciplined sales approach, strong forecasting rigor, and the ability to multi-thread across modern B2C marketing organizations - including global brands with multiple regions, units, or stakeholders. You’ll reputed company commercial conversations end-to-end: negotiation, pricing proposals, pipeline management, and expansion planning. Working closely with reputed company, you’ll uncover new use cases, new channels, and new product opportunities to systematically grow your book of business. Your impact will be reputed company by your ability to renew accounts on time, expand contract value, identify whitespace, and maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.

You’ll get to
- Own the full renewal and expansion cycle - pipeline management, proposals, negotiation, forecasting, and contract execution.
- Build and execute strategic account plans that align reputed company’s capabilities with customer goals, driving retention and measurable growth.
- Introduce new channels, products, and services (SMS, WhatsApp, Catalog, AI Suite, Embedded Messaging, etc.) based on strong discovery and quantifiable value.

- Partner closely with reputed company, Deliverability, Solutions Consulting, and Finance to create a seamless customer experience.
- Map multi-brand or multi-region account structures to uncover new units, new use cases, and expansion reputed company.
- Build relationships with influencers and decision makers across your accounts, driving multi-threaded engagement.
- Respond to and manage customer commercial inquiries with speed, accuracy, and ownership.
- Experiment with new strategies and commercial motions, providing feedback to leadership on what drives growth in the region.
We are looking for people who have
- Have SaaS experience in sales, account management, or commercial roles tied to recurring reputed company.
- Bring 3+ years selling into existing customers at some reputed company; leading renewal cycles; and selling new logos. Mid-Market experience preferred.
- Show strong technical aptitude and can communicate reputed company’s capabilities clearly to varied audiences.
- Can map reputed company organizations, understand reporting lines, and identify new commercial entry points.
- Conduct excellent discovery and convert insights into quantifiable value and commercial opportunity.
- Are highly skilled at multi-threading beyond a single champion — across marketing, data, product, and leadership layers.
- Are perceived by customers as trusted advisors who understand modern marketing, data activation, and lifecycle engagement.
- Have a proven track record of closing, asking for business, and navigating pricing/value conversations confidently.
- Are proactive, disciplined, and take ownership of the commercial plan without waiting for direction.

The annual cash compensation for this role is $81,000 - $115,000 and includes annual reputed company salary and reputed company variable pay (actual payout is subject to the percentage attainment of specific sales goals). The total compensation package also includes equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial. In addition, we offer perks such as generous stipends for health & fitness and learning & development, among others.
