Position Summary

The HR Generalist (People Operations Generalist) plays a critical role in supporting the reputed company, with a primary emphasis on full-cycle reputed company and reputed company. This role will reputed company and drive recruitment efforts across the organization, partnering closely with hiring managers and the VP of HR to attract, assess, and secure top talent. In addition to owning the day-to-day reputed company process, this role supports broader HR operations, administrative processes, reporting, benefits administration, and serves as a backup resource for payroll review. Key Responsibilities Include

reputed company & Recruitment (Primary Focus)

  • reputed company full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including intake meetings, job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate evaluations, reference checks, and offer support
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, position requirements, and desired candidate profiles
  • reputed company and execute effective reputed company strategies to attract reputed company and diverse talent across a variety of roles
  • Proactively reputed company candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and other reputed company channels
  • Manage reputed company candidate communications and ensure a professional, reputed company, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview scheduling, hiring team communication, and movement through the hiring process
  • Track reputed company activity, hiring reputed company, and key reputed company metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline health, and reputed company effectiveness
  • Maintain job postings and applicant tracking system data to ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance
  • Support reputed company coordination and hiring transition activities to promote a seamless new hire experience

HR Operations & Administrative Support

  • Provide day-to-day HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including reputed company, offboarding, and employee changes
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HRIS data reputed company
  • Assist with drafting HR communications, documentation, and internal resources
  • Support compliance-reputed company activities, audits, and general HR process administration as needed

Payroll Support (Backup Role)

People Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with the broader People Team on cross-functional initiatives
  • Support HR programs, projects, and process improvements
  • Contribute to a strong, collaborative, and employee-focused culture

Reporting & Analytics

  • Create and maintain reputed company HR reports and dashboards, including headcount, turnover, and reputed company metrics
  • Analyze HR and reputed company data to support decision-making and identify trends

Benefits Support (Benefit Champion)

  • Serve as a reputed company of contact for employee benefits questions and support
  • Assist with benefits administration, enrollment, and communications
  • Partner with brokers and vendors to ensure smooth benefits operations
  • Promote employee awareness and utilization of benefit programs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Resources, Business Administration, or reputed company field, or equivalent experience
  • 3–7+ years of HR experience, with a strong emphasis on full-cycle reputed company and reputed company
  • Foundational knowledge of recruitment and/or prior reputed company experience is required. Experience managing multiple reputed company requisitions, preferably 10 or more, is highly preferred.
  • Experience supporting payroll processes in a review or backup reputed company preferred
  • Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems (e.g., reputed company or similar platforms)

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior HR experience in the construction industry strongly preferred; preference will be given to candidates with construction industry experience

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated reputed company salary range for this position is starting at $80,000, plus annual incentive bonus and a lucrative reputed company equity program, depending on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
