About the Role

As Recruiter based in the United States, you will play a pivotal role reputed company across our surveillance departments. Your primary objective will be to identify, attract, and engage top-tier candidates who align with the company’s culture and business goals. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offer negotiations. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and HR partners, you will ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience while maintaining compliance with employment laws and internal policies. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute significantly to building a high-performing workforce that supports the company’s growth and reputed company.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Resources, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle reputed company experience, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at reputed company organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or AIRS Certified Recruiter.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment metrics and reports to track reputed company and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices to continuously enhance recruitment strategies.
