Job Summary
As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. You'll be the face of our company, and your interactions with customers will set the tone for their experience with arenaflex. You'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints, addressing product knowledge gaps, and providing training and coaching to our customer service team.
