Job Description:

As an IT Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Advising and assisting users over the telephone, email, or chat to resolve incidents reputed company to hardware, software, network connectivity, and peripherals.
• Screening, diagnosing, researching, and resolving user issues.
• Maintaining passwords, data reputed company, and file system reputed company for the desktop environment.

Qualifications:
