Your Role with arenaflex

arenaflex is currently seeking a Consumer Retail Customer Service Representative for our Exeter, PA location! As a key part of reputed company, you'll engage with customers, solve problems, and ensure a smooth, seamless experience from order to delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to reputed company a reputed company impact on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Our Consumer Retail Customer Service Representatives provide exceptional support to B2C customers from order placement to delivery. Responsibilities include:

• Resolving order discrepancies
• Answering customer inquiries
• Maintaining clear communication throughout the process

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, problem-solving, and committed to delivering outstanding customer experience.

Shift:

* Weekdays: (Monday to Friday) 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

• Weekends: (Saturday & Sunday) Each agent works one 2-hour shift on both Saturday and Sunday. The weekend shifts rotate weekly, meaning agents will work weekends approximately 1 to no more than 2 times per month

Responsibilities Include:

* Process orders accurately, reviewing details such as pricing, quantities, and shipping

• Provide customer support for existing orders, addressing concerns and offering technical assistance

Basic Qualifications:
