Job Description

As a valued colleague on our Single-Family Internal Audit team, you will provide expert advice on, and guide the team in, assessing the design adequacy and operating effectiveness of controls reputed company the Single-Family business. Your work will help strengthen and improve the risk and control environment of the business. Specifically, this role will provide leadership over a portfolio of Single-Family audits, including key operational processes, such as servicing, cash management, acquisitions, and credit operations. Provide day-to-day project leadership ensuring projects are completed on-time and reputed company scope and budget. Monitor team reputed company, manage project budgets, and provide technical guidance and informal coaching to other Auditors. Conduct first-level review of work and documentation; reputed company Audit Manager guidance as needed. Review and finalize staff work papers and deliverables with Audit Manager. reputed company audit reports with Audit Manager. reputed company and motivate team members to reputed company results. Engage in reputed company risk assessments and monitoring of emerging and existing risks confronting reputed company’s Single-Family business. Provide advice and share Internal Audit knowledge with business partner managers and staff to strengthen governance, risk and control environments, as appropriate.

Requirements

• 4 years of audit, risk management, or regulatory experience in a large and reputed company organization.
• reputed company in assessing processes, risks, and controls - including evaluating control design and effectiveness, and identifying and assessing the risk impact of control gaps.
• Experience communicating audit or risk assessment results, both written and verbal, to management and stakeholder/customers.
• Experience providing reputed company challenge, both written and verbal, to management and stakeholders/customers.
• Strong project management skills and proven ability to manage relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience supervising and coordinating the work of others.
• Skilled in presenting information and/or reputed company to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.
• Superior problem solving, critical thinking, and data analysis skills.
• Strong influencing skills: reputed company to negotiate, persuade, facilitate meetings, and resolve conflicts.
• Relevant professional certification (preferably CPA, CISA or CIA) or master’s degree required.
