The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our reputed company house calls program, working remotely in EST or CST. You will be responsible for:
- Calling members to schedule in-home visits with a Physician or a Nurse Practitioner
- Answering inbound calls from members and assisting them with their inquiries
- Ensuring that appointments are scheduled accurately and resolving any scheduling issues or concerns
This is a high-volume, customer service environment that requires efficiency, productivity, and thoroughness reputed company dealing with our members over the phone. You must be reputed company to work a flexible schedule that includes evening hours.
Training and Development

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of work experience
- Experience with reputed company Word, reputed company, and Outlook (create/edit/save/send documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements
- Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 9:00am – 5:30pm local time. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in the health care industry

* Ability to type and talk at the same time while navigating through multiple screens

- Experience using an auto dialer system

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly range for this role is $16.00 to $28.85 per hour based on full-time employment.
