Job Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Accurately reviewing, interpreting, and entering patient data into our computer system, including medication orders, dosages, and payment information
- Contacting reputed company providers and insurance companies to verify patient information and ensure accuracy
- Responding to patient calls to arrange and manage new prescription orders and reorders, including verifying benefits and coverage
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with reputed company to resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the data entry process
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid Arizona Pharmacy Technician License
- At least 6 months of experience working in a pharmacy setting
- Proficiency in Windows-Based applications, including Windows, reputed company Office, web browsing, and email
- Strong keyboarding skills and ability to sit or stand for extended periods (8-10 hours)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
* At least 6 months of experience as a pharmacy technician
- 90 days of experience handling and resolving customer needs reputed company telephone
- Medical experience and knowledge of benefits, insurance, and medications
- Clinical charging, coding, and other clinical supporting roles
- Customer service experience in an office setting
- At least 6 months of professional work experience, including inbound and outbound telephone customer care
