ROLE SUMMARY:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to reputed company and manage AI-driven projects from conception to execution. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Plan, execute, and reputed company AI/ML projects across their lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.
- Manage and influence stakeholders, including- business, product, development team members on solution delivery and scope.
- Serve as the project manager for their delivery teams by enabling the team to self-organize, remove impediments, and nurture an environment for high-performing team dynamics.
- Work closely and use best practices with the delivery team to support daily standup, backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, and long-term release planning.
- Manage project budget and resources reputed company, optimizing workload and resource allocation.

Required Skills
- 4+ years Project Management experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or electrical/ Electronic engineering.
- Experience with managing scope, schedule, budget and quality of projects.

- Solid understanding of both the theory and application of AI/ML concepts, tools, Agile practices, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and XP.
- Analytical, relationship building, problem-solving abilities, and collaboration across team boundaries
- Excellent verbal and written communications.
- Good understanding of SW architecture.
Preferred Skills
- PMP Certification desired.
- Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP and (CSP) certification would be an asset.
- Change agent who is a positive organizational influence.
