You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer and reputed company, across diverse DoD and reputed company programs. What you’ll do

• Own full cycle reputed company for cleared IT roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and guiding candidates through reputed company across clearances from Public Trust to TS/SCI.
• Drive pre award reputed company by building reputed company pipelines, identifying key personnel, and providing sourcing support for proposals and bids.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, capture teams, and program leads to anticipate staffing needs and align candidate pipelines with evolving mission requirements.
• Execute data informed sourcing strategies using tools like reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, ClearanceJobs, and your professional networks.
• Support high volume and surge hiring during proposals, contract transitions, and program reputed company reputed company while maintaining candidate experience and compliance.
• Track and analyze ATS metrics to drive process improvements, pipeline visibility, and proposal readiness reporting.
• Represent reputed company at cleared reputed company events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to expand brand reputed company and talent reputed company.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to craft compelling job postings, refine candidate profiles, and continuously enhance candidate experience.

What you’ll need to succeed

• 2-4 years of full-cycle reputed company experience and/or sales or business development experience.
• 1-2 years of reputed company and sourcing hard to find roles.
• Experience using non-traditional Sourcing Platforms like StackOverflow, ClearanceJobs, reputed company, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions, shifting client priorities and requirements simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to appropriately integrate open-reputed company Ai tools in day-to-day responsibilities that improves recruiter efficiency and expertise.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on collaboration with hiring teams and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Familiarity with federal compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., reputed company, iCIMS, reputed company) and ability to reputed company reporting for decision-making.
• Proficiency in reputed company 365 (Office 365) tools, including reputed company, Outlook, and Teams.

reputed company SALARY RANGE: $55,000 – $78,000 (This position also has an additional bonus structure)

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:

• The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
• The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
• Internal equity and alignment with reputed company team compensation
• This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of reputed company, which may include:
• Performance-based bonuses
• Company-reputed company and/or certifications
• Referral bonuses
